The announcement of Holcomb as the winner was made by President Terry D. Elam at the college’s faculty and 工作人员 meeting on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. Holcomb will now proceed to regional competition at Central Georgia Technical College in Warner Robins on February 27, 2019.
